Our quality policy

To provide health services at national and international quality standards, to protect the rights of patients and their relatives, to ensure their satisfaction, to inform and train them at every stage of treatment, to provide satisfaction to our employees by providing a peaceful, participatory and sharing management environment, to provide services according to scientific and evidence-based medicine principles and to ensure continuous development To make necessary improvements by measuring our services together with our employees, to provide quality health services at affordable costs, not to compromise on the conditions of the Quality Management System, and to increase its effectiveness continuously.

Quality and patient safety are among the most important issues in the services provided in contracted Health institutions working with the Smart Laser Eye Center. In all our contracted hospitals, continuous quality improvement programs are implemented in order to provide medical care at international standards. Smart Laser Eye Centers work in line with the Joint Commission International Accreditation Quality management system, The International Society for Quality in Health Care (ISQua) quality standards, ISO 9001 quality management, with the innovations and health services offered by contracted health institutions. All our contracted health institutions work to provide this service to their patients under the most appropriate conditions by providing international standards in many subjects such as patient safety, infection control and prevention, patient care, patient evaluation, risk management, personnel training, information management, and facility security.
