Our eye centre operates within Nişantaşı Hospital in Istanbul, providing refractive surgery, cataract and intraocular lens surgery, keratoconus treatment, glaucoma, retinal and oculoplastic care under one roof.

How we work

• Measurement before recommendation. No treatment is offered before corneal topography and tomography, pachymetry, biometry, tear film assessment and a dilated retinal examination have been completed and reviewed.
• Suitability is decided by the data, not by preference. Corneal thickness, keratometry, residual stromal bed and topographic indices determine which procedures are open to a given eye. Where the measurements do not support a procedure, we say so and discuss the alternatives.
• The surgeon who examines you performs your surgery and conducts your follow-up.
• Written information before consent. Expected outcome, alternatives, limitations and risks are explained before any decision is made.
